In Scripture...

"You are my God . . . you have been a refuge . . . for the needy in distress, a shelter from the storm . . . Yahweh has wiped away the tears from every cheek . . . we put our hope in him."

Is 25:4-9

Spirit of Poverty

On this the fourth night of the USA and its Allies are attacking the Land where the Terrorists live, we put all our hope in You, Lord.

On this the night before the first monthly anniversary of 9.11, we ask for shelter from the storm.

Uncountable tears of men and women for the hurting, dying, and dead are being wiped away by You, Lord.

You are our only refuge, our only hope, and our only shelter from the storm.  As we pray and live in the mystery of  the Spirit of poverty, we know that You are our all and these is no other.
