Fire Within

As symbolized at the opening ceremony of the Olympics, we see the child of light searching for the fire within. 

As the young boy dressed in red skates around figures in white and engulfed by ice sickles, the fire comes towards the boy who is also dressed in red.

Together, they fight the elements by skating to freedom.

It this not unlike our united with the Lord who is always coming towards us to guide, support, encourage, direct, and love us to freedom.

It is when the boy goes within the elements that he finds fire coming towards him as it is only when we go within in a stance of silent solitude do we find a Trinitarian Divinity coming towards.
