Christ the Wounded Healer...

In our being wounded, we are love for each other...

Forgiving?
inspired by Scripture

Yes, we know and love people that expressing bitter feelings and are paralyzed by the appearances of no longer holding the capacity of love; whether, for a second, a day, a month, year, or a life time.

Can we love for these people?

Can we not take their anger and lies even when it is a direct attack against us personally?

Can we forgive them for they know not what they are doing?

It seems to me that we can, we should, we much, and we do when we are Eucharist for them and to them.  When we are and give Christ to them, when we are centered in living at the heart of who we are, when we know that their anger, hate, and lies come from their own unhealed pain, we see, act, and love from a sacred place centered in the healing of Christ's love in our own lives that gives us grace and wisdom to not accept the attacks, projections, assumptions, anger, and hatred.

We are Christ, the Wounded Healer, for others when we are vulnerable and healing.  We are giving life to others in the Mystical Body by healing in prayer and in person directly and indirectly the hurts and wounds of others.  We are healing the Cosmic Christ every time we live this way centered in grace and wisdom by giving love in truth. We are this way because we pray with Francis 'there but the grace of God go I...'
