There is no proper way to pray.  There is only praying in weakness and an unknowing.  This means that we are always being helped by the Spirit.

In our humility and in our human weakness, we face the reality of our vulnerability and our own inability to even pray by ourselves and without Spirit.

When we welcome the Spirit by admitting our failure to pray, we begin to pray.

Praying is living in the mystery of our relationship in the Spirit, through Christ, and with the Father....
