What are we selling? What are we using to buy the treasure that we find hidden in the field?

To internalize this spiritual journey...

The field is the inner space where we are with the Sacred.

The treasure is the silence beyond silence; knowing beyond knowing; loving beyond loving; and union beyond human union.

The selling, letting go of our false self, is the day by day and inch by inch transformation of who we are with all our humanness to who we are in the eternal now.

The payment is the dying to self and the raising to new life in the Lord.

The kingdom of heaven is here, not yet.

We, living in solitary space with a sacred treasure that is beyond silence, knowing, loving, and human union, sell all that we are in a spirit of poverty from a mystical death to a Divine nativity.
