In Scripture...

"Be still, and know that I am God."

Psalm 46:10

Be Still in Silence
inspired by Scripture

During these holiest of days, I come to an ever new understanding of 'rolling back' the stones in my life.  In taking always gift by gift and  leaving me with me in the Our Lord's silent love as only Giver, I face myself as a single person who lives alone and is not lonely ...only, longing and searching in my internal union with Our Risen Lord who has no words but one Word.

It is with no mater where God speaks with or without words as this one Word is Eternal Love.

It is for me to keep silent, be still, and know the Trinity as Trinity. God is taking away little by little to remove all my concepts of God to see God as "I AM WHO AM"

Silence is grace.

Silence is very life itself.

Silence is not only the absence of speaking.

Silence also means to not listen to the internal distractions and the
outward disturbances that lead me from a life of a solitary love of God.

Silence is not restricted to monasteries, silence is my only way of
embracing a spirit of poverty where all is nothing except for You, Lord.

Silence is my entrance into Your Holies of Holies where You, Lord, lead me to solitude in union with You.
